Changing display name?

Anyone know how to change your display name. Ive looked at the help section and it says you can do it a limited number of times but i can't see

the option on the control panel / settings so i may have to stick with the one i got. Has anyone else tried to do this and know how?

You might want to think carefully about the next name you choose - 'Cock Lover' won't get you noticed around here.
