I don't think its that hard to work out guys, for me I think Kendo is saying that ice was allowed to be in advanced before his first visit, and that ice has proved to be a valuble and well liked member in advanced, hes paying a compliment and also stating that we may miss out on good guys getting into advanced just because they haven't visited los yet. Maybe im wrong but that's how I read it.
