    If a thread is deleted, Does a BM lose his +1 points gained in that thread?

      Most forums never actually delete something. There is a hidden forum called "Thread graveyard" where all the stuff goes for eternal rest while leaving the post counts and all the stuff intact. That's more than likely how things happen here too.
