Activated charcoal tablets work for me. Doubt you can find them on the ground but easy enough to find in the west.

I did post something on the forum which i bought when bad that cleared me up cost 500baht for a small bottle of 10tablets got them in Pattaya Klang done wonders cleared it all up the info is on the forum, maybe under health..Good luck nothing worse on hol,s

if its is food poisoning the item i am talking about is in Chit Chat, under the title Food Poisoning... tablets i used are called Boilflor tablets, hopefully its just the shits u got, and it clears up soon
