Windows is shit. If it works sometimes and not others then it would not be a problem with container naming as surely the element id would not change from one page load to the next. More likely a back end problem or request timeout. Easy to check if the ajax request is being made and what the reponse is by using developer console in Safari or Crome or Firebug in Firefox.
