    1st of March oh joy! The letters have started coming in already... Your rent is increasing next month, your council tax is increasing next month. Sometimes the UK sucks ass.

      I can imagine. It was one of the main reasons i left the UK. I used to dread the postman - he only EVER brought demands and bills.
